1.  Sample

Some customers may doubt about our products'quality before making trial order decision. Under the circumstances, we warmly welcome customers to request samples from us for test and evaluation. Our sample policy is as follows:

1). As company rules: customers have to pay the samples cost and shipping freight.

2). For OEM project: the set up fee, such as molds tooling charge, logo printing cost, etc, shall be on customer's account also. We'll refund partial or even full of the set up fee, depends on the quantity of the OEM order.

2.  Warranty

Except as specified below, lz-star, warrants any of its products for the warranty life of the product against defects in material or workmanship. Defects in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no cost: all other repairs will be at a nominal charge.

  • Does not extend to products that have been improperly used, altered, or repaired by any entity other than lz-star.
  • Does not extend to any claim for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

  • Q: How can i get the price list?
  • A: We don't quote orders through phones, please email(infolz-star.com ) us with the Item No., shipping destination to get a quote.
  • Q: How to get samples?
  • A: Send email to info@lz-star.com, mail the order details with your name, physical address and postal code and phone number. Then our sales center will reply you the total cost(include samples and freight charge)as soon as possible. In order to ensure that our customers could receive the samples immediately, We only use DHL or TNT express.
  • Q: How to pay for samples?
  • A:  If you have credit card, Paypal is sugguested. It is safe and convenient for customers. If you want our company bank account, contact us by email.
  • Q: How about formal order payment?
  • A: T/T is suggested by us.
  • Q: If the tool is damaged under normal use, how can i do?
  • A: Contact info@lz-star.com and send details(such as pictures), after we confirm it, the new one for replacement will be sent to you in the next order for free.
